Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer

Location: Oslo

Working model: Hybrid (typically 2–3 days onsite, project-dependent)

Language: Norwegian (spoken and written)

Salary: 800,000 – 1,100,000 NOK base, depending on experience

The Opportunity

We’re supporting a well-established Norwegian technology consultancy with ambitious growth plans for 2026.

The focus is on long-term client engagements, primarily within public sector, infrastructure and enterprise environments. This role is ideal for developers who want meaningful work, stability and influence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining modern full-stack .NET solutions
• Working closely with clients in long-term, local assignments
• Contributing across the full development lifecycle
• Collaborating with experienced consultants in small, cross-functional teams
• Adapting to different customer environments and technical challenges

What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience with .NET / C# in production environments
• Full-stack capability (frontend + backend)
• 5+ years’ professional development experience (strong mid-senior or senior level)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or a related field
• Comfortable working in customer-facing consultancy projects
• Norwegian language proficiency required
