Our client is one of the leading international HVAC / Building Systems / Energy Solutions company based in the UAE.
About the Role
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and building systems. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site installation of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, AHUs, FCUs, controls, etc.)
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, technicians, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to project managers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or installation issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of systems to clients
- Prepare site reports, daily logs, material requests, and as-built documentation
- Coordinate with design, sales, and service teams for smooth project execution
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support when required
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering
- 1–5 years of site experience (HVAC or MEP preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
