Core Responsibilities



  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for reporting solutions.
  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files, dataflows, cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems).
  • Modernize or rewrite legacy Power Query, Macro, Excel, and Dataflow reports in Python using enterprise-grade, scalable techniques.
  • Apply data-processing techniques to clean, normalize, and validate data, transforming raw data into structured datasets aligned with business reporting requirements.
  • Design and build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights, using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
  • Streamline repetitive tasks by developing automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
  • Leverage scripting (Python/SQL) and workflow tools (Alteryx, Power Automate) to optimize processes end-to-end.
  • Document processes, maintain version control, and ensure reproducibility of workflows.
  • Be a driver of digital capability building and act as a proponent of agility, simplification, and change management.

The APAC & China Operations Technology team seeks to elevate Supply Chain Operations (SCO) decision-making and processes by utilizing technology and data. The team plays an active role in developing data products and driving business insights to improve the business.

As the Data Analyst, Supply Chain, this role brings operational excellence and data clarity to SCO while shaping the future of data analytics and reporting by utilizing new technologies.

Do You Have What It Takes?



  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses. Proficiency in Power Query/DAX is a plus.
  • Strong Python skills for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
  • Experience with visualization platforms (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data transformation processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Pivot, cube functions, creating measures, lambda functions); experience with Excel VBA is useful for understanding legacy reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate user stories into data products.
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work autonomously and drive real change in an organization.
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to manage projects confidently and independently.
  • Understanding of logistics and Supply Chain concepts is a plus.



Nice to Have



  • Experience with the Databricks platform.
  • Experience in data modeling and building data models.
  • Significant experience creating apps in Power Apps and flows in Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with inventory demand and supply management.
  • Approach tasks with an outcome-driven mindset and the agility to react creatively and swiftly.
