- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in [Life Sciences / Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Business / Finance / Supply Chain]
- Degree in relevant Science field or Equivalent
- Demonstrate an ability and desire to learn from experience
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive team-oriented demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to perform a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
