Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer (React) to build and enhance commercial, customer-facing applications used by external clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned React developer who enjoys collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
You’ll work on new greenfield applications as well as help migrate existing applications from Ember to React.
This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React
- Develop customer-facing interfaces for external clients
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following frontend best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and tooling
Requirements
- Proven experience as a React front-end engineer
- Experience building customer-facing products for external users
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with data-driven web applications and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Claude AI or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-based deployments
