We are seeking a Backend Engineer (Python) with 2+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python and backend frameworks, with hands-on experience in building robust, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and manage RESTful APIs
• Work with backend frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Debug, test, and enhance existing backend systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Experience with REST API development
• Working knowledge of databases:
• SQL: PostgreSQL / MySQL
• NoSQL: MongoDB (preferred)
• Familiarity with ORMs and database optimization
• Experience with Git / Version Control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
