- Support the implementation and deployment of the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) Sustainability Framework across plant operations in consultation with Sustainability Head.
- Coordinate the rollout, customization, and effective utilization of the Enablon sustainability management system.
- Liaise with plant officials and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements, standards, and reporting obligations.
- Coordinate in identifing local and global sustainability risks, externalities, and operational challenges, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate integration of sustainability principles into daily operations, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
- Collate, validate, and report sustainability data in line with GRI Standards and internal ABG guidelines.
- Promote sustainability awareness and culture through communication, engagement initiatives, and campaign-driven activities across the plant.
