As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to shape end-to-end experiences—ranging from dashboards and data-heavy interfaces to interaction patterns and user journeys. You will play a critical role in defining how users interact with the platform, ensuring consistency, usability, and long-term scalability across features.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user flows, interaction models, and information architecture for enterprise-grade workflows
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using modern design tools
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across the product
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Design dashboards and interfaces that present complex data in a clear, actionable, and visually coherent manner
- Conduct iterative design exploration and refinement based on feedback and evolving product needs
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual clarity across all design outputs
- Support handoff to engineering with clear documentation, specifications, and interaction details
- Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle
- Strong experience in UI/UX design for B2B or complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and shared libraries
- Solid understanding of design systems, scalability, and consistency across large products
- Proven ability to create clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for clarity, hierarchy, and detail
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
- Ability to think systematically and design solutions that scale as products grow
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale
- A user-first mindset combined with practical product thinking
