Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Game Tester. The Game Tester will be responsible for performing quality assurance on video games by identifying, documenting, and verifying game bugs. The role involves creating and running test cases, performing gameplay testing across platforms including consoles, and ensuring the overall quality and functionality of the game. Clear and consistent communication with the development team about issues and improvements will be key to successfully fulfilling this role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience in Quality Assurance processes and Bug Tracking tools
- Proficiency in creating and executing Test Cases to identify software anomalies
- Familiarity with testing on Console platforms and a passion for gaming
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively reporting issues and collaborating with teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
- Prior experience as a game tester or related role is advantageous
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
