Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI models and algorithms, focusing on LLMs and their applications.
- Design and implement strategies for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance the performance and utility of AI systems.
- Perform fine-tuning on pre-trained models to tailor them for specific business use cases.
- Apply and refine prompt engineering techniques to improve AI system adaptability and precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and integrate AI-driven solutions into broader applications.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
- Familiarity with AI domains such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
