This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Information Technology Consultant located in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities to work remotely as part of the arrangement. The consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored IT solutions, providing technical support, and offering strategic consulting to meet the unique needs of SMEs. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing technical challenges, analyzing IT systems, implementing improvements, and ensuring robust cybersecurity practices.

• Proficiency in IT Consulting and general Information Technology expertise
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve systems and processes
• Experience in Consulting to design and tailor IT strategies for clients
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Technical Support to solve complex technical issues efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or CISSP are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
