What You Can Move
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer Fullstack / Mendix to design, develop, and maintain applications in close collaboration with business stakeholders. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle for both web and mobile Mendix applications. As part of the adesso Business Automation Center of Excellence, you will join a collaborative, international, and multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and maintain Mendix-based web and mobile applications.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture and domain modeling, database design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and support team members.
- Collaborate in Agile teams with stakeholders, project managers, and solution architects.
- Translate specifications into actionable requirements and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
- Completed technical education in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (e.g., Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Informatics apprenticeship, HF/FH/University/ETH, or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, ideally with Java for backend development and modern web technologies for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Java and Javascript
- Mendix Rapid Certification (or higher).
- Fluent in English and either German (C1), French (C1), or Italian (C1), depending on location.
- Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification.
