Role Description
This temporary hybrid role is based in Toowoomba, QLD, with some flexibility for remote work. As the Agentic AI Voice Post-Training & Implementation Lead, you will oversee the implementation of AI voice solutions and ensure their successful integration in various domains. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing trained AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting training sessions for end-users, and troubleshooting performance issues. Additionally, you will track project progress, provide actionable insights, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Technical proficiency in AI Model Training, Optimization Processes, and Problem-solving
- Strong Project Management and Implementation skills
- Effective Communication, Collaboration, and Training delivery skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and improving functionality in real-world applications
- Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with enterprise-level AI voice solutions and previous project implementation is an advantage
