Monks Argentina is looking for a Senior Finance and Accounting Analyst who will be responsible for timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information for both internal and external users, enabling successful month-end closing and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Solid financial and analytical skills.
- Strong team player with excellent people and communication skills.
- Work in collaborative and multicultural organizations.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Highly proficient in Excel & ERP user experience
- Spanish native and advanced english (Proven TOEFL over 90/120 is a plus)
- Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. Masters or MBA is a plus.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete preparation, analysis and consolidation of monthly, quarterly & yearly financial results.
- Work closely with Business to guarantee financial consistency and provide guidance on accounting support according to Local & IFRS standards.
- Prepare monthly Flux analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
- Support day to day and month-end accounting activities, including but not limited to journal entires, accruals, accounts reconciliations, cost reporting and analysis, accounts payable review, fixed assets maintenance.
- Prepare assigned monthly general ledger account reconciliations timely, accurately and ensure any unreconciled items are cleared.
- I/C reconciliation.
- Work with external BPO to attend Argentina tax and accounting requirements.
