Our client Donna is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping teams work smarter by turning everyday conversations into actionable insights. Our product captures, organizes, and surfaces key information so customers can focus on what matters most—making better decisions, faster.

We're Looking For An AI Engineer

The person will help build Donna, an AI sales assistant, by developing and fine-tuning AI systems so that field sales reps can focus on selling while Donna handles support tasks intelligently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop LLM-based solutions – Build scalable frameworks for large language models (LLMs) and improve how they generate responses.
  • Prompt engineering – Fine-tune prompts (and chains of prompts) so the AI gives more accurate, relevant, and personalized outputs.
  • Context integration – Feed the AI with contextual data (CRM records, emails, call recordings) so it understands each sales situation better.
  • Multilingual systems – Build conversational AI that works across multiple languages.
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems – Enhance AI with external data retrieval for more precise answers.
  • MLOps & Observability – Monitor AI outputs to ensure high quality, reliability, and relevance.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work with co-founders, engineers, and other departments to define requirements and make trade-offs.
  • Iterate quickly – Ship features fast, gather feedback from users, and continuously improve the AI.

  • Work with TypeScript & Node.js in a technical, hands-on way.
  • Analyze data critically and iterate on AI outputs.
  • Break big projects into smaller tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing opportunities.
  • Thrive in a start-up environment: flexible, output-driven, and eager to grow.
