About the Role

Join a high-performing telecom engineering environment supporting critical OSS Inventory platforms used across field operations, logistics, and network rollout.

This role sits at the intersection of application support, OSS domain expertise, and DevOps-enabled operations, ensuring high availability, data accuracy, and seamless integration across large-scale telecom systems.

You will act as an L3 support specialist, handling complex incidents, integrations, and production issues while collaborating closely with development, NOC/SOC, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

  1. Monitor application health using APM, logs, and telemetry
  2. Perform incident triage, RCA, hotfix deployment, and maintain KEDB/runbooks
  3. Coordinate major incident response with NOC, SOC, and Logistics Operations
  4. Support release readiness, configuration management, and environment stability (Test/UAT/Prod)

OSS Inventory & Integrations

  1. Operate and support OSS Inventory systems (resource & service models, work orders, warehouse movements)
  2. Support REST / GraphQL / SOAP integrations between mobile apps and OSS cores
  3. Ensure data consistency, idempotency, and error handling across integrations
  4. Configure barcode / QR / RFID scanning profiles, validation rules, and asset logic
  5. (CPE, RAN modules, optics, routers, switches)

Automation & Tooling

  1. Build support tooling (scripts / CLI) for:
  2. Log ingestion
  3. Replay of failed syncs
  4. Bulk data corrections
  5. Support feature toggles, configuration changes, and controlled rollbacks

Must-Have Skills

Domain & Functional

  1. Strong Telecom OSS experience, especially:
  2. Inventory & resource modeling
  3. Field operations & logistics flows
  4. Touchpoints with order fulfilment & service assurance
  5. Solid understanding of ITIL processes
  6. (Incident, Problem, Change, CAB participation)

Technical

  1. JavaScript & Node.js (services, integrations)
  2. Kotlin (backend support / services)
  3. API & integration patterns: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, Webhooks, Messaging
  4. Databases:
  5. SQL (PostgreSQL / Oracle) – querying, tuning, reconciliation
  6. Awareness of NoSQL where applicable

Good to Have

  1. TM Forum standards: SID / eTOM / ODA, TMF APIs (Inventory, Order)
  2. Camunda BPM (workflow orchestration)
  3. Elastic Stack (logs, metrics, tracing)
  4. Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes (support tooling & deployments)
  5. Ansible / Terraform for controlled infra changes
  6. Barcode/RFID ecosystems: Honeywell, Zebra
  7. Enterprise mobility management: Intune, MobileIron
