About The Role
As a Training Specialist, you will:
- Managing the learning and development program, including technical, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training.
- Organizing, delivering, and facilitating training sessions as needed.
- Managing training content on the learning platform.
- Conducting periodic training needs analysis and developing training curricula.
- Assisting Subject Matter Experts in designing training programs.
- Maintaining training records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of training records and curricula on the Ipsen Learning Platform.
- Designing training content to meet learning objectives.
- Evaluating training delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting continuous improvement of training and development programs.
- Participating in cross-functional project teams to establish training goals.
- Monitoring training enrollments and compliance.
- Reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the training system.
- Managing training grants and government training support.
- Defining, developing, and reporting learning and development metrics.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar Learning & Development (L\&D) role within a global organisation, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Cornerstone Expertise: Hands-on experience with Cornerstone (iLearn) or similar learning management systems is essential.
- L\&D Background: Proven ability to develop, deliver, and assess training programs, with a focus on technical, EHS, and GMP training.
- Skills: Skilled communicator, adaptable, and able to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
- Education: Learning and Development qualification / Certified trainer.
- Mindset: Passionate about continuous learning, excellence in execution, and driving real impact for patients and society.
This role requires on-site presence at least 4 days per week, with flexibility for remote work as business needs allow.
