What the day will look like
The Pensions Administrator will work across different teams and support clients and members with any queries or questions they might have regarding corporate pension schemes and solutions.
Main Responsibilities Will Include The Following
- Working within an existing team to deliver specific services to a portfolio of Aon clients
- Working with large data sets within Excel and other systems
- Responding to client and internal queries supplying the necessary back up required
- Supporting internal team members such as Client Managers, keeping them informed on the progress and answering any queries they might have
- Delivering high quality reports related to administrative activities
- Ad hoc work as required in the role to include participation in projects and initiatives.
The Pensions Administrator will be part of a warm and welcoming team, who support and guide new joiners from the beginning, providing training across activities and daily tasks. The Pensions Administrator will have the chance to explore different areas linked with pension schemes, to learn new skills and to quickly gain exposure to both clients and Consultants alike. This opportunity involves training and development in a hands-on environment whilst working as part of a team with strong morale.
Due to the continued expansion of our client base and services within our Wealth Solutions Ireland business, and as a result of a number of regulatory driven projects, we have a number of Permanent opportunities available from January 2023, to join our team to help us deliver on a range of projects for our clients.[LC1]
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has an eagerness to learn. The roles are extremely varied and are therefore suitable for recent graduates or individuals with experience working in administrative role and/or proven skillset below:
- High degree of computer literacy with experience in MS Office (Excel) essential
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle workload in a timely and proactive manner
- Excellent analytical, numeracy, communication and writing skills
- Business analysis / data analysis skills
- Previous Pensions experience would be beneficial
- Can demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
