We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to play a key part in supporting a Core Transformation initiative, taking it from the build stage to production deployment and ongoing operational maintenance. If you bring deep expertise in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and system reliability to the table, we want you on our team.

This role involves working with advanced technologies, enabling CI/CD processes, and designing infrastructure for scalability, security, and high performance. Participation in scheduled on-call production support and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions for production-ready systems
• Utilize AWS services such as EKS, EC2, VPC, and IAM to create and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments
• Build, refine, and manage CI/CD pipelines using platforms like GitLab, Artifactory, and Argo CD
• Monitor system performance and reliability with observability tools like ELK and Grafana
• Automate processes using Chef (preferred) or Ansible to enhance system environments
• Provide production support during scheduled on-call shifts to minimize downtime and resolve issues efficiently
• Oversee infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and system upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and sustainability as part of operational excellence

Requirements

• Knowledge of AWS services, including EKS, EC2, VPC, and IAM
• Proficiency with Chef is preferred, although familiarity with Ansible is acceptable
• Background in pipeline automation with tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, and Argo CD
• Skills in monitoring and visualization tools, including ELK and Grafana
• Competency in Oracle WebLogic and Oracle DB configuration and administration is an advantage
• A strong track record of delivering high-performance, reliable infrastructure solutions suitable for production environments
