You’ll work in hybrid teams on projects that deliver tangible outcomes for public clients. Some examples of our recent work:

- Helping a Ministry design innovation support policies;

- Supporting the EU in evaluating the impact of administrative reforms across the EU Member States;

- Advising municipalities on business retention and industrial development strategies;

- Developing a feasibility study for municipal solar power plants.


You will:

  • Conduct desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;
  • Lead and quality-assure policy reports, briefs, and client presentations in Word and PowerPoint;
  • Present your work to peers, managers, and clients with a high degree of independence;
  • Manage project components, coordinating consultants to ensure delivery within timelines and budgets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Civitta teams across 20+ countries.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in analytical, policy, or consulting roles;
  • Strong experience in public policy research, evaluation and economic analysis;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure complex policy content clearly;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level written and spoken);
  • Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear, actionable policy recommendations;
  • Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;
  • Prior experience in a consulting company.

Our salary range is between 4150 EUR gross/month and 5000 EUR gross/month and depends on candidate's experience and the results of the interviewing process.
