We are looking for a Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan for the design phase.
• Establish design milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee design activities conducted by a team of designers and engineers.
• Review design proposals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address design-related issues.
• Facilitate design meetings and maintain clear communication channels.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure effective coordination among stakeholders.
• Implement quality control procedures for design outputs.
• Conduct design reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Address design-related deficiencies and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Anticipate design-related issues and take proactive actions to mitigate them.
• Manage the design phase budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor costs, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design activities.
• Prepare regular reports on design milestones, issues, and recommendations.
• Ensure design activities comply with regulations, standards, and codes.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Engage and manage relationships with project stakeholders.
• Address concerns, provide updates, and incorporate requirements into the design process

Qualifications:

• University degree in an adequate professional field
• Experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager in the field of design and/or design supervi-sion of railway track and/or road, street and/or bridges, viaducts, overpasses and/or tunnels
• Experience as Project Manager in at least 4 projects of completed/finalized design/detailed de-sign/design supervision
• Professional level – PMP, PRINCE or other equivalent project management certification of ad-vantage.
• Very good (at least B2 level) English language skills.
