Join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within the Finance Department, focusing on Revenue Analytics & Insights. You will be a crucial part of the company's "analytical engine", directly supporting C-level leaders in making data-driven strategic decisions.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will translate complex financial data into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and cost optimization across our global, independent advertising platform. - Strategic Revenue & Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of historical and current financial data to assess company performance, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.
- Decision-Enabling Financial Modeling: Design and maintain advanced financial models to support organizational decision-making and long-term planning.
- Variance Analysis & Control: Proactively monitor company performance by detecting and analyzing variations between budgeted and actual figures. Participate in review meetings with budget owners.
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive, high-quality reports and presentations to the Management, Board, and Audit Committee. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Participate in cross-functional projects, offering strategic financial insights and data, especially regarding revenue generation and cost management.
- Annual Planning & Forecasting: Support the annual budget preparation and contribute to long-term forecasting initiatives.
- Education: A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years’ work experience within Finance, ideally in FP&A, Revenue Analytics, or a related role within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Data Mastery & Analytics: Strong data analysis skills – ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Technology & Tools Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using MS Office, and in particular Excel (advanced modeling capabilities) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation creation).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, such as Tableau or similar.
- Global Communication: Excellent English skills (both verbal/written), essential for communicating with our global offices and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, data entry, and analysis.
