Product Manager- SAAS- Marketing

A leading marketing SAAS company based in Belgium are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager .

Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs to planning, execution, and optimization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure alignment with business goals, drive user adoption, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

As the Product Manager you will have the following experience:

• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the industry an offerings to anticipate market and business needs.
• Strategic Planning: Identify and define future product iterations and refine positioning and messaging.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product from concept to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Embrace the "Product Trio" principle (Product Manager, Product Designer, Technical Lead) to foster outcome-driven teamwork.
• Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collect, manage, and maintain feedback from stakeholders and key clients (B2B).
• Discovery and Research: Run product discovery programs aligned with strategic goals, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify, address, and communicate risks or issues proactively, proposing effective solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Use data to track progress, impro
• ve user retention, and inform product decisions.

As the Product Manager, you will have the following experience:

• Experience: Good working experience in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product development.
