Who are we?
Rubikpara is an Electronic Money Institution established in 2020, operating under the Electronic Money and Payment Services Law No. 6493 and regulated by the Central Bank of Turkey.
With its e-money license, Rubikpara provides end-to-end financial solutions through individual and corporate wallet products, Virtual POS, Physical POS, and SoftPOS solutions, as well as B2B-focused payment products.

We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team!
What we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
- 3+ years of experience in fintech companies, payment institutions, or similar organizations,
- Experience with Wallet, Virtual POS, Physical POS, and SoftPOS products,
- Solid understanding of payment services infrastructures,
- Knowledge of payment services and Electronic Money regulations,
- Experience in product research, market analysis, product design, and product planning,
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies,
- Ability to create process flows and system flow diagrams,
- Strong experience in product and technical documentation preparation,
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and product delivery processes,
- Knowledge of card-related processes is considered a strong plus,
- Good command of English.
What will you do when you join us?
- Owning end-to-end product delivery for payment systems including Digital Wallets, POS products, payment gateways, and merchant platforms,
- Defining and maintaining product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements,
- Working closely with engineering teams by translating business and technical needs into scalable, API-driven solutions,
- Managing and coordinating third-party integrations including banks, card schemes, service providers, and merchants,
- Leading integration, certification, and go-live processes with external stakeholders,
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, card scheme rules, and internal risk policies,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, compliance, sales, and external partners,
- Tracking delivery progress, dependencies, and risks to ensure high-quality and on-time releases,
- Continuously improving product development and delivery processes by supporting agile and scalable product practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B payment products,
- Experience with payment gateway systems.
