What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and test game features and mechanics
- Deliver well-structured, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews
- Build flexible systems that can evolve as the game grows
- Contribute to improving player experience through iteration and polish
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, artists, and developers to ship high-quality, performant experiences
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from prototype to production
Must-have
- Familiarity with Unity (or another game engine) and game development workflows
- Strong knowledge of OOP and familiarity with Design Patterns
- Experience with programming languages such as C# / Java / C++
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and product-minded development approach
- Passion for games and gameplay programming
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork and collaborative development
Nice-to-have
- Experience with mobile game development (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with analytics, ads/monetization, and Unity editor tools
- Performance optimization, profiling, and build/debug discipline
- Interest in fast iteration culture and AI-assisted workflows
