This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect the foundational frameworks for AI-powered systems that automate intricate elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and sophisticated predictive coding.
- Engage deeply with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering through R&D activities, conference participation, and collaboration with academic and professional networks. When emerging AI technologies are released, we must be among the earliest to understand and evaluate them.
- Routine Code Maintenance: Regularly updating or debugging existing software code to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
- Standard Software Development: Basic coding or software development activities that involve implementing straightforward features or functionalities without AI integration.
- Apply your engineering expertise to drive a substantial increase in development speed, reduction in human error, and improvement in code quality, resulting in faster time-to-market for software products and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding expertise)
- Experience using GenAI code assistants extensively (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Prior experience successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
- Prior experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems
- An understanding of when and why to select specific LLM models for different tasks
- Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
