Business Analyst – Pega (Regulatory / AML)

Proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Documentation- Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Lineage, and Data Quality- Familiarity with Traceability Matrix and Risk Impact Analysis- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements using BRDs, SRS, FSDs, ensuring they are complete, concise, testable, and audit-compliant- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data lineage, data quality, and source-to-target mapping for regulatory and AML use cases- Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a track record of leading high-risk, cross-functional, strategic initiatives- Proficiency in using SharePoint for document collaboration, workflow automation, and stakeholder communication across financial regulatory and AML initiatives- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and facilitating sign-off on deliverables for strategic and compliance-driven projects- Experience collaborating with SMEs to document information in relatable terms for all levels of ingestion- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
