Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts and dispute resolution– managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance.
  • Experience with contract budgets and invoice: budget planning, cost control, Vendor invoice validation and financial reporting.
  • Experience with risks vulnerabilities related to vendor products
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow).


Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with banking systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
