What makes this role special?
- Ship iOS product early and often—no long ramp, no busywork.
- Work on a mobile system used in high-stakes environments where precision, latency, and reliability matter.
- Learn directly from senior engineers, field operators, and real users.
- Operate with Bletchley-Park intensity—rapid feedback, real consequences, and deployments you might never discuss, but will never forget.
- Build judgment by seeing what breaks and fixing it.
- Gain pre-Series A ownership as an early contributor.
- Strong foundation in Swift and iOS development.
- Experience shipping iOS apps via internships, personal projects, open-source work, or startups.
- Solid understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and platform fundamentals.
- Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning fast.
- Clear communication and ownership mindset—we expect responsibility from day one.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution.
- U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data).
- Prototyped interactions in Figma and translated them cleanly into code.
- Worked with ARKit, Metal, Combine, Accessibility, or spatial UI.
- Optimized performance under real constraints.
- Built or shipped something outside of class requirements.
- Thrived in a small or early-stage team environment.
