Nair Systems is currently looking Tester for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred.

·       Good knowledge of wealth management product

·       Complete Trade Life Cycle of wealth management products

·       Knowledge about functionalities of fund house like Saxo, Allfunds etc

·       Functional certification in Wealth management domain is a plus.

·       Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Ability to work with large datasets, perform data mapping, and define data models for wealth management systems.

Required Experience:

·       Experience: Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field is required. This can include experience with manual testing, automated testing, and using various testing tools and technologies.

·       Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, as well as experience with various testing tools and technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.

·       Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review and analyse requirements and specifications, and to identify and report defects or issues found during test phase.

·       Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

·       Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during test phase.

·       Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps

·       Quality Mindset: A quality-focused mindset and understanding of testing best practices and industry standards.

·       Data Privacy: Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

·       Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant expertise in testing wealth management software.
