We are looking for a Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst who can combine sharp analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and a deep product sense to drive insights that shape product strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities, measure impact, and build data-driven narratives that influence product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large and complex datasets (user behavior, funnel metrics, transactions, cohorts)
- to uncover actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports to track product health, growth funnels, and
- engagement trends.
- Establish and ensure the sanctity of data by working with the data engineering teams
- Run and analyze A/B tests, feature launches, and product interventions.
- Own and implement accurate instrumentation/tracking for new features.
- Quantify the business impact of product changes/impact assessments
Analytical Expertise
- Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Python/R for advanced analysis is a
- plus
- Solid grounding in statistics (confidence intervals, significance testing, regressions).
- Proficiency in GenAI tools is a plus
- Ability to connect data insights with product levers (pricing, funnel, UX, supply-side).
- Experience analyzing consumer funnels, marketplace dynamics, or transactional
- businesses.
- Ability to work with data engineering teams to help set up marts; Comfort with ETLs and
- can run pipeline jobs
- Good storytelling skills – can present complex analysis in a simple, structured, and
- actionable way.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a computer science background.
- Experience in consumer tech, gaming, or marketplaces
