Full stack Senior (PHP + Laravel)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel to join our multicultural and dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing our web applications, collaborating with different teams across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, problem-solving oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Leverage advanced Laravel libraries like Carbon, Livewire, Filament, and Passport to enhance the development process.
• Work with ReactJS (legacy systems) as we gradually migrate to newer technologies.
• Collaborate in daily standups (conducted in English) with a diverse team of Spanish-speaking members and stakeholders.
• Deploy containerized applications using Docker.
• Potentially contribute to AWS infrastructure management.
• Networking knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• English proficiency (B2/C1).
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP and Laravel, including extensive knowledge of Laravel-specific libraries.
• Experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
