Job Description
In this position, you will join a committed team of global mobility experts focused on delivering holistic global mobility services to our clients. We offer a wide range of global mobility services spanning across all areas of mobility, immigration, tax, social security, employment tax and employment law. Job Description
In this position, you will join a committed team of global mobility experts focused on delivering holistic global mobility services to our clients. We offer a wide range of global mobility services spanning across all areas of mobility, immigration, tax, social security, employment tax and employment law. Your role will be integral in actualizing our client's global mobility strategies and offering essential support to their employees throughout the immigration and relocation process.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders, addressing queries and providing guidance to support our clients with their global mobility needs
- Coordination with Vialto’s global teams and other partners
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Case management and providing support to junior team members.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- You have experience of working in global mobility and/or immigration for some years and preferably have also personal experience of living/working/studying abroad.
- You hold a degree in law or economics and business administration (e.g., OTM, KTM or similar) in Finland, or equivalent studies abroad.
- You have got strong written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and in English.
- You can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze the data.
- You thrive in a client facing role and have excellent communication skills.
- You are used to working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
- You have genuine interest in the global mobility field.
