We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of complex .NET/.NET Core microservices and APIs in AWS, setting the technical direction for our next-generation healthcare payments platform.
  • Own end-to-end engineering outcomes, from shaping solution patterns to designing, building, and operating products that solve high-value strategic and technical challenges.
  • Stay deeply hands-on, tackling the most complex coding problems, uplifting engineering practices across squads, and ensuring robust, high-quality, scalable delivery.
  • Design and optimise high-performance SQL database solutions, applying advanced tuning, indexing, and data-modelling strategies to strengthen system reliability and throughput.
  • Bring strong full-stack solution design expertise across Angular, React, and mobile-supporting frameworks to power seamless customer experiences across our Android ecosystem.
  • Drive intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflow optimisation, improving merchant onboarding, provider payments, and operational efficiency while shaping the future of our platform.

Tech Skills

  • Backend Engineering: Expert-level .NET / .NET Core mastery with C#, microservices, distributed systems, high-performance backend services, and advanced API architecture essential.
  • SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL engineering complex queries, indexing strategies, schema optimisation, performance tuning, and deep database enhancements that define what “good” looks like, essential.
  • Cloud Architecture: Proven AWS cloud-native design expertise across Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Aurora, and scalable cloud application hosting.
  • Full-Stack Capability: Experience across Angular and React, supporting mobile-facing capabilities and powering seamless mobile experiences is highly regarded.
  • DevSecOps Practices: Mature DevSecOps and CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, SonarQube, automated testing frameworks, and secure-by-design delivery patterns.
  • Security Engineering: Strong grounding in application, API, and data security, embedding encryption, shift-left automation, zero-trust principles, and threat-aware engineering.
  • Observability & Performance: Hands-on capability in logging, monitoring, tracing, profiling, and uplifting operational resilience and system performance at scale.
  • Systems & Solution Design: Confident ownership of scalable architecture, integration standards, cloud governance, design patterns, and resilient platform foundations.
  • AI & Innovation: Forward-thinking, AI-driven mindset with a hunger to explore emerging technologies, automate intelligently, and push engineering boundaries.
  • Technical Leadership: Excellent communicator who transforms complex challenges into elegant solutions, influencing teams and uplifting product and platform outcomes.
