Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in a part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC. The role allows for a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating prototypes and mockups, conducting user experience research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve digital interactions. This role involves ensuring designs align with company goals and meet user expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design assets, focusing on creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Strong skills in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to deliver seamless and innovative user journeys.
• Knowledge of Front-End Development and ability to work effectively with developers to implement designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a hybrid work model and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
