We are seeking an experienced International Product Manager to lead the lifecycle management of Power Assist devices portfolio for manual wheelchairs.
Your key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global product strategy for power assist devices for manual wheelchairs.
- Initiate product development projects according to road-map and act as the voice of the customer in the projects.
- Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support international launches with go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully reaching project goals.
The role involves regular travel – including time on-site with our R&D team in Austria and visits to key markets. You can have your base in our office in Austria or in another EU country. We also offer office space in several European locations or you can work hybrid from your home. You will report to Head of Product Management, Mobility.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven international experience in product management and/or product development within Complex Rehab Technology (CRT).
- Ability to manage technical and regulatory complexity in medical devices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Italian is beneficial.
- Based in Europe and willing to travel regularly to Austria and other markets.
