We seek a Fullstack Tech Leader, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
Hard Skill
- At least 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the role
- Strong Knowledge of Java
- Spring / Spring Boot / Quarkus frameworks
- Database design and excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational DBs
- Excellent knowledge of microservices architectures
- Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts
- English language proficiency
- Good knowledge of cloud architectures
- Attention to performance and security
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- SOLID principles
- Experience in migrations from on premise to cloud environments
- Offloading and/or revamping legacy architectures (Cobol, JSP, Struts, etc...)
- Experience in using GenAI tools for be proficient in developing (cline, Cursor, etc..)
- Experience in developing agents and GenAI projects
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written/communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize business needs
- Experience in leading teams 3+ people
- Client facing
- Proactivity: Passionate and high-energy
- High resilience
- Ability to create a collaborative environment within the team with the client, while simultaneously maintaining required quality standards and meeting established requirements.
- Defining standards and best practices, based on the client's architectural context
- Be the POC for the development team involved in the project; will be crucial in the success of the project, responsible for the entire solution design phase, team training, task distribution, and quality assurance of project deliverables
- Design and development of enterprise projects for our major customers, evaluating the architectural and technical debt of the projects
- Managing pre-sales activities (creating presentations, technology research, understanding requirements, etc.)
- Providing the client with all-around technical support and acting as the client's Pod technical manager
- Participation in the Studios community, where he/she can learn and share knowledge
- Mentoring and growth of assigned technical resources, giving periodic evaluations
