Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the ongoing evolution of the Payments Data Integration Platform (DIP). You will define and drive the roadmap to deliver unified APIs, near real‑time Kafka streams, and bulk/point‑in‑time access; ensure data enrichment, quality, and lineage; and partner with engineering and stakeholders to meet stringent reliability, latency, and compliance expectations.

- Excellent product execution skills: clear PRDs, crisp prioritization, outcome metrics, and iterative delivery with engineering partners within a nuanced understanding of requirements gathering, e.g., approaches like Jobs To Be Done;
- Knowledge of modern data platforms or integration products with streaming, batch, and API access patterns; comfort with Kafka, stream processing, cloud object storage, table formats (Iceberg), and OLTP/OLAP stores (e.g., Aurora, Snowflake);
- Ability to translate finance-domain business requirements into technical direction;
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built, demonstrated by a track record of shipping successful software products;
- Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization;
- Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills
