We are looking for six Process Engineers to join our team! This is a newly created position as we are implementing a new blueprint for our production site. The first members of your future Process Engineering team have already started, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth from the very beginning!

Your Role

  • Optimizing the process and improving production efficiency, quality and costs through process control.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving through investigating and resolving process-related issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
  • Continuous Improvement through leading initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Design and implementation of new or improved processes to achieve production goals.
  • Analyzing production data to drive improvements and document processes.
  • Finding opportunities to save costs in the production process.
  • Training and development with providing technical guidance and training to production teams on process best practices.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders, working closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Higher level of education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering or similar.
  • Very good problem solving and innovation driving skills.
  • Experience with project management in a production environment.
  • Experience with automation and digital manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Slovenian language.
