Job summary:

You will be part of the team that is responsible for delivering complete screening solutions for airport baggage checkpoints. Cross-functional software team responsible of the end to end development life-cycle: architecture, design, development, integration and validation of the complete system. Multi-cultural team working in co-engineering with equipment and solution teams in France, in order to deliver fast and secure.

You must ensure the consistency of the whole system code, ensures the uniformity of coding best practices and propagates development good practices. Provides support to other management roles, performs code reviews, responsible of low level technical choices and orients development with low level C++ architecture.

You’ll need to have

  • Proficient in C++ programming language (preferable C++ 17, STL, MQTT, Boost)
  • Image processing implementation and optimization C++
  • Parallelization, Multithreading and Profilling
  • Software developement experience with Python and Python numerical calculation library
  • Experience with low level software design and OOP (UML, Design Patterns)
  • Previous experience of programming in Linux for distributed systems (understand OS capabilities)
  • Problem solving abilities from design to delivery, ensuring delivery of high-quality code and artefacts
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps tools (Jira, Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc.)
  • Work experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills, emphasis on collaboration and communication


Nice to have

  • GPU programming (ideally in CUDA)
  • Confident in using SAST/DAST tools (Cppcheck, BlackDuck, Coverity)
  • Knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose or K8s
  • Experience with VTK, EMQ, AI
  • Knowledge of Unit Testing, Component/Integration Testing (Squish, Robot Framework, Google test)
  • Interest to coach other team members
