Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements
- Conduct rapid user research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from the team
- Ensure all UX deliverables align with the startup’s vision and objectives
- Work efficiently within tight timelines to deliver high-quality results
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably within startup or agile environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Stockholm
- Availability for immediate, on-site engagement; remote work is not possible
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset suited to a dynamic project scope
