Role Purpose

As the Senior Manager of Acquisition & Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping how Bilyoner’s products are understood, experienced, and adopted by users.

Positioned at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Customer Insight, this role ensures that what we build truly reflects user needs — and that how we communicate it creates clarity, relevance, and long-term value.

As Senior Manager of Acquisition & Product Marketing, you will shape how millions of users experience, understand, and emotionally connect with our products. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, where product vision, customer insight, and brand storytelling come together


🎯 What You’ll Do

1. Product–Marketing Alignment

You will act as a strategic connector between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring:

  • Product features are designed with clear user value and communication potential in mind
  • Marketing plans are aligned with product development cycles and readiness
  • Launches are well-positioned, consistent, and market-relevant

Your role is to strengthen collaboration — not ownership — across teams.


2. Deep Customer & Need-State Understanding

You will help shift the focus from what users do to why they do it.

  • Develop rich customer personas based on motivations, behaviors, and usage patterns
  • Identify key need-states such as social interaction, excitement, mastery, or confidence
  • Translate insights into clear inputs that support product and communication decisions


3. Go-To-Market & Launch Excellence

You will lead the Go-To-Market approach for new features and product updates by:

  • Defining positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Coordinating cross-functional launch efforts with Creative, Performance and Marketing Communications teams
  • Ensuring launches are consistent, user-focused, and easy to understand

The goal is not noise, but clarity and adoption.


4. Customer Insight Integration

You will help ensure customer perspectives are consistently reflected across initiatives by:

  • Synthesizing inputs from research, app reviews, customer support insights, and usage data
  • Highlighting recurring themes and opportunity areas
  • Supporting prioritization discussions with clear, structured insights


5. Market & Category Awareness

You will stay informed about developments in:

  • Digital product experiences
  • Gaming, betting, and entertainment trends
  • User experience and engagement best practices

You will bring relevant perspectives into discussions to help teams make informed decisions.


🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand, or Strategic Marketing roles within high-engagement digital platforms
  • Strong ability to work fluently with both technical and commercial teams
  • Experience influencing positioning and launch strategy for digital products
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and qualitative research
  • Experience in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
  • Native Turkish, fluent English
