We are hiring a Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Fortinet security solutions to support enterprise and mission-critical environments. The role requires practical deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support of Fortinet products in live production networks.
This position is on-site in Abu Dhabi and is intended for engineers with real-world security operations experience.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions in enterprise environments
- Implement and manage firewall policies, VPNs, routing, and security services
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across multiple environments
- Analyze logs, traffic flows, and security events to identify and resolve issues
- Work closely with internal teams and customers during implementation and support phases
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and handover reports
Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least three (3) of the following Fortinet products:
- FortiGate
- FortiMail
- FortiSandbox
- FortiManager
- FortiAnalyzer
- Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts
- Hands-on experience with BGP
- Solid knowledge of email protocols: SMTP & SMTPS
- Experience with NAT, VPNs (IPsec / SSL), and security policy design
- Proven experience working in enterprise, service provider, or managed security environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under operational pressure
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Fortinet NSE 4 / NSE 5 / NSE 6
- Additional network or security certifications are an advantage
- Full-time, stable role based in Abu Dhabi
