We are a trusted recruitment partner working with organizations across the region. On behalf of a reputable company based in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Dubai.
About the Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring network performance, reliability, and security while supporting business and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis
- Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ensure network security best practices are applied and maintained
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams on projects and operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles, with senior-level responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies and vendors
- Experience with network security concepts and firewall management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Relevant certifications are a plus (such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
