Founding Engineer

We’re partnered with a Seed-stage startup who are building the next generation of AI Agents for real-world operations - starting with manufacturing and logistics, where software actually moves atoms, not just pixels.

Backed by top-tier VCs and leaders from OpenAI, they're assembling a small, elite founding team to build a category-defining company from the ground up. This is not a 9–5 role. This is for people who want to build something meaningful, fast.

You'll focus on building and shipping production-grade AI agent systems used by real industrial customers and will both design and implement end-to-end full-stack systems (frontend, backend, infra, AI). You'll work hands-on with LLMs in production: prompt design, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and iteration, and will also collaborate directly with founders, customers, and advisors to turn messy real-world problems into working software

Experience required;

• 1+ Years' experience in Software Engineering - exp. in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python
• A strong technical foundation (CS, engineering, math, or equivalent)
• Education from a top-tier university or equivalent demonstrated excellence
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered features into production (not just demos or notebooks)
