What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring proper story refinement and backlog management
• Serve as the primary administrator of Jira, managing workflows, ticket structures, and reporting
• Track, measure, and report Agile KPIs to business and technical leadership regularly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to evolving Agile practices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Expert knowledge of Jira configuration, dashboards, filters, and workflow management
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and backlog management
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator
• Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
• Background in cross-functional collaboration across product, business analysis, and engineering
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience considered
• Strong hands-on experience managing Jira at an administrative or advanced power-user level
• Ability to analyze sprint metrics and present data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Confluence and Agile documentation
