SharePoint Administration, Maintenance & Development


Experience: Minimum 3 years in SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.


Core Competencies:

o   SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development for modern web parts and extensions.

o   Proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for customizing SharePoint solutions.

o   Expertise in SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and PnP PowerShell for automation and administration tasks.

o   Strong understanding of Site Collections, Document Libraries, Content Types, Workflows, and


Permissions Management.

o   Ability to configure and manage Search, Metadata, and Taxonomy.

o   Experience in SharePoint migration and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.

o   Knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and governance in SharePoint environments.

o   At least 2 successful end-to-end deployments of production-ready SharePoint Sites

·        Additional Skills:

o   Troubleshooting and performance optimization.

o   Familiarity with REST API, Graph API, and Webhooks for SharePoint integrations.

 

Power Platform Administration, Maintenance & Development


 Core Competencies:

o   Administration and governance of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

o   Development of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive design principles.

o   Integration of Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources.

o   Building automated workflows using Power Automate, including complex approval processes.

o   At least 2 successful end-to-end deployments of production-ready applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.


Additional Skills:

o   Understanding of environment strategy, solution management, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.

o   Familiarity with custom connectors, API integration, and security roles.

o   Basic knowledge of Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.

o   Ability to implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies and compliance standards.

 

General Requirements

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive integration.

· Awareness of best practices, governance, and security compliance in enterprise environments.
