This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Muscat. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. They will liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensure compliance with structural and safety standards, and address issues that may arise on site. The individual will also conduct regular site inspections and manage progress reporting.

• Proven experience in on-site project management with a focus on construction processes and coordination.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project and safety standards.
• Proficiency in structural engineering principles, techniques, and implementation.
• Background in civil engineering with a practical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
