The main goal of our team is to build a strong and influential personal brand for senior leadership that amplifies SoftServe’s expertise globally, aligns with strategic company priorities, and inspires both external audiences and internal teams.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in personal branding, executive communications, or social media management
• Excellent in writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Competent in English on at least Upper-Intermediate, or Advanced level
• Skilled in Figma for visual preparation and collaboration
• Knowledgeable of technology trends
• Strong in organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Adept at promoting IT services or technology solutions (as a strong plus)

• Develop and execute a personal brand strategy aligned with business goals
• Create engaging, thought-leadership-driven content for LinkedIn and our internal platforms
• Promote SoftServe’s services, expertise, and success stories through the leader’s voice
• Work closely with C-level to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful communications
• Support internal communication initiatives, helping keep teams aligned and inspired
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, and design teams to craft posts, visuals and align the strategy
• Grow the leader’s professional network by adding relevant contacts on LinkedIn and expanding followers count
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and refine strategies for maximum impact
• Stay ahead of digital and industry trends to bring fresh ideas
