Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) – M25 Region
Location: M25 Region (Mobile Role)

About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer with an electrical bias to join our mobile team, working on our Aviva contract across the M25 region. This role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
- Deliver PPM and reactive works in line with legislation and contract standards.
- Use CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates and reporting.
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and Wates policies.
- Provide excellent customer service while working independently.
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is essential.
- Strong electrical background with experience in building services or FM.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
